Urad Dal - 1 cup
Gram Dal - 1/2 cup
Sesame Seeds - 2 tsp
Garlic - 8 or 10 cloves
Dry chillies - 3 (adjust as per taste)
Salt and hing as per taste
Method
- Dry roast all the ingredients one by one separately and allow them to cool down completely. Add salt and hing and grind to a coarse powder. Enjoy with Idly or dosa!
