Ingredients
Bengal gram dhal – 2 tsp
Urad dhal – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Whole black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Red chillies –3-4
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick – 1 small piece
Cloves – 1 or 2
Dry fry the ingredients (can use a tsp of oil if required).
Grind it to a fine powder.
You can use this powder when you make capsicum rice, channa rice or any vegetable rice.
**Can also be stored in an airtight container and used
